The defining story of Armenians is Hayk Nahabed’s victory over Bel. 

What is it but the protection of wives, the refusing of rape, and against the stealing of lands and wives? 

The man was in the base of a mountain, cold and freezing! This land not desirable. Yet, Bel in envy, sought to take it, the land being there for centuries after the landing of Noah’s Ark, the birthplace of renewed mankind. 

In this vision and story of Armenians, faithfulness is seen as a protection against the stealing of lands and wives, the opposing of satanic dynamics with a bow sent into the chest of the late and defeated Persian progenitor. 

The descendent of Noah and of the right branch of his offspring, a warrior, a protector, and a man of men, a man of God.
