An Expanded Mind Can Think More Thoughts

A boy who just read through his civics textbook will be trained to detect discrimination everywhere, flaws in the justice system, and other such wrongs. You present before him a problem, and he will think about it according to the framework and boundaries made within his mind. However, those who's mind's are expanded beyond mere historical understandings of law, science, and other fields, including technology, have a mind capable of thinking more thoughts, more types of thoughts as well - making their ability to detect threats and injustices and wrongs and even solutions far greater.

The Greatest Torment

What is the worst punishment?

Hell. What else?

Yes, but there may perks there.

Sure, so what’s worse than hell?

Like a Sisyphus thing.

Sure, you can’t get worse than that, can you?

It’s only a type of torture. Unfulfilling longing, impossible climactic achievement but effortful movements made.

You’re right. What’s worse than? You tell me.

Being nonexistent?

That’s a kind of bliss, no?

Somewhat, you’re right. How about being a fly on the wall?

I’ve heard that before from a rotten potato. That’s not bad. He kinda liked it. It’s a sort of humility to him. Like being quiet observer and feigning humility with the repulsive intrusiveness.

Hmm.. give me a second..

Sure… that’s been 10 seconds, already.

Not just a leg of a centipede like the last or first or second, but one that no one knows, that no one can notice, marching along the depths of hell, unnoticed, working away, carrying the creature wherever it may go. Just one leg among thousands, if not more.

Not bad, I wonder what you can come up with, with more than 10 seconds!

Let’s pray for this. May I be a king in heaven and he be this centipede leg in hell.

The Good Guys

Evil men who know they are evil and say it are really the good guys.

Those who are evil and think they’re good or rather pretend to be or even act like it and say they are good, are in fact the evil villains of the earth.

The former is a movie thing. It’s not even real. The latter is something very very real.

Replacing God with Misplaced, Odd Verbiage

He’s nesting in that.

In what?

Oh, in that phrase I just said.

Hmm.. What phrase?

It was about the assignment, and I made a statement.

Were they pressing in?

Not really.

Hmm… they weren’t. That must be outdated then.

What do you mean?

Oh, it’s the denial of mysticism, the fact that there is need to even name such a thing as a specific thing in Christian faith. It’s the use of physicalized words with seeming spiritual import in non spiritual contexts. It’s a demonic thing to make one seem deeply embedded in God when they’re not.

Embedded. We use that too, but not with God, but with other stuff, like communities.

Shrug Sincerely to God

Hey, I’m Francis Chan. I do rebuke stuff like that Leo guy.

Oh, cool.

Yeah, let’s open the Scriptures.

You’re so sincere bro.

Of course. Do you know Jesus?

You do. You know him through and through, but need to work on it in prayer. So sincere and genuine. Your facial crunching shows it.

Oh, Jesus loves you. Did you know that?

That was awesome face crunch. You’re so sincere.

Oh, he does. Look, it says it right here. In the Scriptures.

You know it. You live it. You believe it. And it’s only faith, no works. Let’s be sincere.

Awesome, that’s justification by faith!

… the man looked up to heaven and the hand of God slapped Francis on the cheek, Go home and sin no more, said God, for you have defiled the church enough with sexual immorality. Leave the virgin alone.

Oh, but God, said Francis Chan, (shrug shrug) I love you so deeply. Look at the Scriptures with me, he said shrugging his shoulders like a sincere enthusiast.

… As he shrugged, the fires of hell consumed his whole body as he was burned in flames of hellfire.

The Ascent

There once was a man who ascended every day, closer to heaven.

As he rose, he continued to pray and flew and shot through into the holiest places of heaven.

Finally, reaching the top, he saw God’s face, and having the chance to be closer to God, consumed, he frowned, and said, God, I don’t want to be like you, I want to be like me.

And God smiled upon him with eternal love and joy, such was never seen before the beginning of time, even the birth of St. Michael the Archangel.

My son, you have slain Satan today in all humanity, come and sit beside me and rule with me.

He climbed towards the throne of the Father and ruled as his son, and not as a man of envy, covetous of becoming that which God is, has been, now, always, and forever.

Balances of Justice

I heard a guy raped another’s wife, prevented him by slander and mental health attacks from taking it to court, then made him small through a government court order based on lies. Then the guy who’s wife was raped shared the information publicly.

Oh, he’s a threat then.

What do you mean?

The husband is righteous and the other guy knows it.

But he just wanted to go to court.

No, but that’s just, it’s justice. So it’s a threat.

I was just about to say they kept making claims like that in pseudo righteousness with added seeming attitudinal moral superiority.

Of course, what do you expect? A rapist going to prison? Come on.

Սահուն Լոժիգ

Hey, look, it’s an American. A small one too!

Let’s give em our best wives! The most chaste and beautiful Armenian Lebanese, the most pure.

Yes! That’s what I was thinking too!

It’s just cause and effect. There’s a small American, so we must give him all we’ve got, said the priest.

SLANDER!

Hey, look, a guy murdered and raped a wife of another man. The victim’s husband reported it after the murderer said he was mentally unhealthy.

Did the police have any history of observations of this husband?

No.

Then it’s SLANDER!

Why?

Because he’s a reporting a crime in truth and justice. It hurt the murderer’s rep!

How could he! You’re right! It’s SLANDER!

Preventative Suit

Hey, remember that guy from middle school, high school, and even elementary school that we made fun of?

Oh, yeah, that was like racism.

Oh, I know. We have to say he’s non Armenian so we don’t go to jail for it. Want to join the petition?

Isn’t his name Armen???

Yeah, but I’ll go to jail…

Isn’t he living in Armenia? And doesn’t he speak Armenian fluently?

Yeah, but if we don’t do this suit, then I’ll go to jail for mass racism over the course of a decade…

Hmm, ok, let’s say an Armenian is not Armenian and use the justice system to cover up our wrongs.  Usually people do it the other way around.

What do you mean?

Like, instead of doing this, you say sorry and stop.

Oh, I’ve never heard of that type of case. Is it a type of civil case. I’d like to try that angle.

It’s not angle, it’s an apology you piece of Anglo Saxon. And he doesn’t even care about you having had sax on with his nationality and women to cover up your racism and build your life around avoiding your own crime or your sax on of his partner.

True Armenian

The true Armenian is righteous, therefore he will never be loved.

The true Armenian is holy, therefore he will always be rejected.

The true Armenian is not a cultural phenomenon, for if it were, it would collapse, as all that is righteous and of Christ is antithetical to the world and its ways, no matter how celebratory or redeeming on its surface. Let’s be small so we can get love ;)

The true Armenian will always be regarded as non Armenian, for if it were otherwise for more than a short time, the world and its ways would near too close to heaven.

The true Armenian is a saint, and if a saint, then disregarded, beaten, oppressed, and tortured.

If the kingdom of heaven is not of this world, and the true Armenian is of this kingdom, not only in being of the place of the birth of Christianity, but also simply by being a crystalline image of beauty, love, and forgiveness, then the true Armenian will never belong on this earth. And if he does, only momentarily, and if longer than this, he is only a cultural phenomenon, not worth being or becoming or pursuing, for it is not eternal, but a thing of this world.

For even without Christianity, Armenian nature is a firm step upon the soil of this earth and a holy ascent to heaven as an airborne and aerial flight to heaven, bringing what is earthly there, as a ray of light beaming into the sky.
